In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register a jilione account and use the platform's real-money features, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of your account:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific location.
• You are registering as an individual person in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You have not previously been excluded from jilione, whether through self-exclusion or operator-initiated exclusion.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of jilione, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

jilione reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.

Each player may hold only one (1) jilione account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any associated balances and winnings.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilione personnel will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. If you receive any such request, treat it as a fraudulent communication and report it to our support team immediately.

You must notify jilione immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat. jilione will take reasonable steps to assist with account recovery and security, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and may result in account restrictions pending verification.

jilione accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. All deposits are credited to the player's wallet in Philippine Peso.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method you are using is registered in your own name and you are its authorised user.
• The funds being deposited are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• You are depositing for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

jilione does not accept deposits from credit cards or any borrowed funds. Players are encouraged to use only disposable income when funding their gaming wallet. Deposits are generally processed instantly for e-wallet methods and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions.

Players may request withdrawals at any time subject to the following conditions being met:

• The player has completed identity verification (KYC) to jilione's satisfaction.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements on the account have been met in full.
• No active fraud investigation or dispute resolution process is pending on the account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold as published in the Wallet section of the platform.

jilione processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 30–60 minutes of request approval as a standard service level. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours. These processing times represent jilione's internal processing times and do not account for delays introduced by the receiving financial institution.

jilione may request additional supporting documentation as part of the KYC process before processing a withdrawal. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled, with the funds returned to the player's jilione wallet balance.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name and must match the identity information on the account. jilione does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

jilione may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spin credits, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the general terms in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated with the individual promotion.

General bonus terms applicable across all jilione promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account as Bonus Funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the applicable promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotional terms. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• jilione reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or use of prohibited wagering strategies.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the jilione platform.
• jilione reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where practicable.

All gaming and betting activity on the jilione platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, as documented within the game interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded by jilione's system shall be treated as authoritative, subject to the verification process described in Section 14 of these Terms. For live dealer games, the video record of the relevant round is used to resolve disputes. For RNG-based games, the certified random number generation log is used.

jilione reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed:

• As a result of a technical error or software malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game states being displayed.
• In violation of these Terms or the specific game rules applicable to that product.
• Through any automated system, betting bot, or software tool not expressly authorised by jilione.
• In connection with any form of match-fixing, fraudulent event manipulation, or exploitation of pricing errors in the sportsbook.

In the event that jilione becomes aware of any such circumstances, it reserves the right to withhold payout and conduct a full investigation before making any disbursement to the player's wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilione platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform in any combination of identity documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling account credentials to any third party.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

All content on the jilione platform — including but not limited to the jilione name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilione or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any jilione content without express written authorisation.

jilione collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering with jilione, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in conjunction with these Terms.

jilione collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. jilione does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations. All data is processed in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

jilione is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following player protection tools, accessible from every jilione account at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary restriction on account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activating immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or extended self-exclusion by contacting jilione support. Self-excluded accounts are locked from all gaming and promotional communications for the requested period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at user-defined intervals displaying session duration and net win/loss figures.

jilione reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, including but not limited to rapid repeated deposits, requests to remove self-imposed limits, and communication suggesting financial distress.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilione's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilione shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether or not jilione was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Platform unavailability resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, internet service disruptions, or third-party system failures.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Errors in displayed odds, game information, or payout rates caused by third-party data provider failures, where jilione has acted in good faith in relying on that data.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilione's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jilione reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player's account at any time and without prior notice if:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency requests or orders account suspension or fund freezing.
• The account has been inactive (no login activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A player has been placed on PAGCOR's exclusion registry or any equivalent regulatory exclusion list.
• jilione determines, in its reasonable commercial judgment, that continuing to provide services to the player presents unacceptable risk.

Players may close their jilione account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money wallet balance (net of applicable bonus fund restrictions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilione platform shall first be subject to an informal resolution process through jilione's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the matter may be referred to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution process, or to the competent courts of the Philippines, as applicable. Players are encouraged to contact jilione support in the first instance for any account, game, or payment-related concerns before escalating to formal dispute resolution.

jilione reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent in-platform notice. The effective date of the updated Terms will be stated clearly at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jilione platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure described in Section 13.

jilione recommends that players review these Terms periodically. The version published on this page at any given time is the current binding version. Previous versions are not maintained publicly but are available to players upon written request to the support team.
